Someone encountered the exact same issue: unable to bundle pywin32 + python2.6 because of MSVCRT90.DLL issues - but there seems to be a solution: ​py2exe mailing list thread

Description

It kinda builds against gtk-osx with tweaks, but fails at runtime with: 

ImportError: dlopen(/Library/Python/2.5/site-packages/wimpiggy/lowlevel/bindings.so, 2): Symbol not found: _gdk_x11_atom_to_xatom_for_display

No idea if gdk on osx implements get_xatom...
