Description
This one is actually easier on MS Windows: we can hook up the window actions into MS Windows' window manager using "Windows Shell Extensions"
On Linux... this is going to be tough as there are so many different window managers in use, and most of them "ideologically" stop you from doing such things (ie metacity). Shame that.
