I tried installing the Shifter 0.9.11 for Windows. It comes up with an error about Windows-Shifter.exe not found. It seems to install everything, but the main binary. Reverting to 0.9.10 for Windows, at least let the install run properly.

Reverted the download link to 0.9.10 until I figure it out.

New Windows binaries for 0.9.11 available ​here

Works for me... but will wait for confirmation before replacing the 0.9.10 download
