it doesn't start at all. trying to open /Applications/Window-Switch.app says
LSOpenURLsWithRole() failed with error -10810 for the file /Applications/Window-Switch.app.

v0.12.5 released yesterday finally fixes compatibility with OSX Lion.

Thanks for creating the ticket, this had been reported on the forum and a fix should be coming soon.
Unfortunately I do not have access to a Lion (or even OSX) test machine at the moment, current ETA is around
2011-08-25. Sorry about that.
