Description

The linux version of TigerVNC 1.0 has the name global parameter:

Global Parameters:
  name           - The X window name (default=)


But the Windows version does not.

This is the error that comes up when using the "name" parameter:

"unable to revolve host by name: The requested name is valid and was found in the database, but it does not have the correct associated data being resolved for. (11004)"

Added a workaround in r1255
